DRAGON - CROSS has 20 year’s progressive management experience in heavy engineering/construction and manufacturing within a variety of major corporations. Range of areas worked in include Mining (Surface & Underground), Steel Mills, Power Generation, Skyscrapers, Bridges, Industrial buildings, Infrastructure, Power Transmission, Water Treatment facilities, Petrochemicals, Manufacturing, Pulp & Paper and Oil Sands. Involved in construction of bridges, skyscrapers, power plants, mines, process plants, wharehouses, MCC rooms, warming sheds, school seismic protection projects, tunnels, living accomodations, camps c/w utilities and infrastructure, gymnasiums, cafeterias, truck shops, ground preparation, environmental protection elements, conveyors, roads, culverts, transmission lines and smelters. We have experience implementing and working with OHSAS 18001 (Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 9001 (Quality) standards. Am a Professional Member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE), holding their certification as a Health & Safety Consultant and a graduate of the University of Washington’s Safety and Health Specialist program.

Graham Egli is a Professional Member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering (CSSE), holding their certification as a Health & Safety Consultant and a graduate of the University of Washington’s Safety and Health Specialist program. He has over 25 years heavy construction and manufacturing experience in a variety of sectors and multi-million dollar projects. Graham also holds certification in Management Studies - Carleton University and Human Resources Management - Ryerson University and has held several corporate HSE directorships.
